Yanis Alexakis graduated in Painting from the Athens Fine Art School in 2001.

His work constitutes an approach to the common experienced reality through allegories, as facts presented on the human-social body.

He was member of the artist group “1848”. He participated in many group exhibitions in art and social spaces as in festivals too. During last three years he’s member of the greek literature and art magazine “Mandragoras” editorial team.
