Kamila Michałowska is from Poland. She graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Gdansk with a diploma in Stage design Studio and Painting. She is a painter, graphic designer, stage designer and costume designer. She participated in the scenography design of street theatre at the "Events Festival Tczew" (2006) and in workshops of costumes "The Edge" (2007) conducted by Zofia de Ines. She was an assistant of stage designer in the ballet "Pan Twardowski" (2007) and the ballet "Cinderella" (2009) at the Opera Nova in Bydgoszcz. She has participated in several exhibitions of paintings, stage design and posters.

She worked on Loving Vincent for eight months.
